What is YANGJIANG’s After Service?

Chongqing Yangjiang will provide distillation technology, Base oil solvent extraction technology, and Diesel Desulfurization technology processing waste engine oil, mineral oil, transmission oil, used lube oil or mixture oil, products quality reach international advanced API Group I or Group II recycled base oil and low-sulfur diesel oil. Yangjiang strictly conforming the ISO international quality standard, strengthens the management system, and attaches great importance to technology advancement and new product development, flexible mechanisms, fast reaction, good quality, in-time delivery, and perfect service. Yangjiang has strict quality control, starting with good technology, and developing with good quality, to ensure all the products meet technical requirements.
 
YANGJIANG will Provide Good after-service:
YANGJIANG will dispatch 1-2 engineers to the site to provide further technical assistance, such as installation, testing, and commissioning of the machine, also train or provide any other technical assistance as may be requested by the Buyer.

    3.After the equipment is installed and inspected to meet the requirements, it can be tested and enter the operation stage. If the recycled output oil meet the requirement within 48 hours of continuous feeding test, acceptance report and transfer can be carried out.

    4.If there is any problem during the period of quality warranty, YANGJIANG will dispatch engineer go to maintain it for free or replace the spare parts for free,If exceed the period warranty, YANGJIANG will provide on-line service in 24hours, or dispatch engineers in 10days, but the buyer should pay all expenses for visa,accommodation,round-trip air ticket and lodging.

The output oil is a yellow base oil with a density of 0.86-0.90, viscosity index of more than 99, flash point is 190-220degree, and free of water and impurities.
