White oils are highly refined mineral oils that are extremely pure, stable, colorless, odorless, non-toxic and chemically inert. The term “white oil” is a misnomer, in that they are not white at all, but crystal clear. White oils can be produced from a variety of feedstocks, depending on the process used. These starting materials include conventional base stocks for the older acid treatment process and Vacuum Gas Oils (VGO) for the more widely used two-stage hydrotreating method. But acid treatment has serious environmental pollution, and hydrotreating a high cost, so now our company provides a new method, which refines the oil to white oil by adding a catalyst solvent, it can produce colorless, odorless, tasteless oils where all components that might have any detrimental effects on their end usages, such as aromatics, sulfur or other impurities, have essentially been removed, resulting in a pure and thermally stable product.

What our YJ-SR solvent extraction plant can do?

The YJ-SR series solvent refining machine can refine all kinds of recycled base oil, vacuum side streams，acid-refined oil, black diesel oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste transformer oil and all kinds of waste mineral oil that don’t contain solid particles to new oil, with watercolor, the color is less than 0.1. The viscosity, viscosity index, acid value, carbon residue, demulsification value, pour point, and saturated hydrocarbon of refined base oil can reach or close to the API II hydrogenated base oil, also this machine can remove sulfur from diesel oil to 50-100ppm

How much oil we can get after our YJ-SR solvent refining equipment?

We can get 98-99% refined oil after our YJ-SR, and the loss rate is only 1-2%.

What is the difference between our solvent refining equipment and other company`s solvent refining?

  1. Other companies use extraction towers or rotary towers for solvent refining, but We use centrifugal extraction for refining.
  2. Our solvent is a Self-developed Composite additive, not single additive
  3. The general solvent refining only can get the oil with the color standard of 1.0. Our solvent refining can get the oil with the color standard of 0.1.
