Why We Develop the YJ-SNC Series Diesel Desulphurization Plant?
In the process of petroleum refining, diesel oil, gas oil and fuel oil can be obtained by atmospheric and vacuum distillation and catalytic cracking,which still contain many impurities,such as organic sulfur, organic nitrogen and PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), these impurities seriously affect the oil quality. For example, organic sulfur, organic nitrogen in the combustion will lead to serious air pollution,PAHs and organic nitrogen (such as benzpyrole) are easy to polymerization or be oxidized into colloid, affecting the stability of the oil, resulting in the oil color return back to dark.
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, countries around the world have implemented new regulations that strictly limit the sulfur content in fuel oil. At present, catalytic hydrogenation or hydrocracking is mainly used for reducing the sulfur, but this technology has high requirements for equipment, high temperature and high pressure, high equipment value and large investment. To solve these problems, The YANGJIANG R & D team cooperate with Universities,research this new desulfurization and denitrification technology,which can reduce the sulfur content from diesel to around 10ppm.
Invention Patent for Desulfurization Technology
YANGJIANG team found that solid desulfurizing chemicals greatly limit the effectiveness of desulfurization, and also it’s difficult to collect clear and transparent oil.But YANGJIANG research new desulfurization technology, and the chemical used can disperse the positive charge of the solid positive material in the plane, so as to construct a positive charge structure that can interact with both types of chemical electrons.
Yangjiang has been committed to researching and developing new technologies and collaborating with Chinese universities and has obtained Invention Patents for diesel fuel desulfurization in 2018 and 2022.

Continuously Process Desulfurization Catalyst of diesel Oil Petroleum White Spirit Solvent Technology description
We adopt extraction desulfurization technology based on carbocation base, which has the advantages of normal temperature and pressure, high safety, controllable raw material costs, and high efficiency.Through this new desulfurization technology, the liquid chemical is used to dissolve the solid positive substances in this technology, so as to realize its liquefaction. Liquefying agents have unique plane structural characteristics, which can disperse the positive charge of the solid positive material in the plane, so as to construct a positive charge structure that can interact with both types of electrons. The method showed excellent effect of removing benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) in oil.
